I've been to my fair share of used bookshoppes over my years, and it's always a treat to find one that feels well curated. Lots of good stuff (my hands filled rather quickly, which is good for the shop but might be otherwise bad for my wallet!). The owner is a real gem and gave me some insight into the local scene, chatted about the particular highs and low of used business (as I work in an adjacent similar business!), and the unique kinship of this region with southern Ontario. A great little shop!

A hidden gem of old books and great finds. I got myself a first edition Gibran Khalil Gibran at West Side Stories and it will forever be one of my greatest finds. Shop local!

A wonderful bookstore that I’ve loved coming to for years. It recently moved locations and is bright and has a wonderful selection.

Fantastic used book store; great local business. I found exactly what I was looking for and look forward to going back. Great atmosphere and friendly, helpful service without the quasi-political snobbery of other stores around town. A wide range of genres, great prices--one of Buffalo's coolest places--support it!

What a wonderful local bookstore! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. The store is well lit and feels spacious despite its size. Prices were very reasonable, and the selection was quite varied, including a large selection of literature.

Good used classics and fiction sections. Decently fair prices. Some stuff a tidge high but plenty of bargains to be found.

Had a great experience at this shop. Stopped in while in Buffalo for the weekend. Great curated selection of used books at great prices. Owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us recommendations for coffee and advicd for attending the Bills game later that day. Will certainly be back next time we're in town.
